- Save - saves changes in purchase order
- Delete - deletes purchase order
- Print - allows to print purchase order

- Number - show purchase offer number inserted manually
- Date - date when purchase offer is created
- Filter for currenncy - allows user to select from the list of currencies previsously pre-defined by the user
- Doc. Number - allows user to add freely any document number
- Document Type - allows user to select from the list of States pre-defined by user for ordering materials
- Customer reference - allows user to enter any free text
- VAT Code - allows user to select tax code from the list of VAT codes pre-defined by the user
- Expected delivery day - allows user to set a delivery day for each urchase offer
5. Payment
- Payment Mode - allows user to select payment mode from the list of payment modes pre-defined by the user
- IBAN - allows user to enter freely IBAN number
- Free describtion for payment mode - allows for entering free desribtion
- Payment notes and possible instalments - allows to enter additional info regarding

Purchase Offer can be created from "Selected order needs" and "Needs management" menus. Selecting this option allows to prepare enquiry for the price of chosen materials. Archimede creates actual quotation for price that can be printed off and passed to the "Principle Supplier". There are no costs added here due to the nature of this operation. After all User seeks for the best price tha supplier can offer.
