Options from this menu allows to perform various operations on stock that needs to be ordered and also stock that is already in the store.
1. Purchase Offer - options that allow to create a "Purchase Offer".
2. Purchase Order - options that allow to create a "Purchase Order".
3. Bind Quantity - if material is selected on the list of Needs and if there is enough quantity of this material in the store, then using this options makes that Archimede makes in store commitment (reservation) for this specific material for "selected" production order. In another words, material is booked in the store for specified production order.
4. Withdraw Quantity (Manual WIthdraw) - if material in the store is already committed for specific production order, then using this option makes that Archimede withdraws from the store this specified quantity
